Almond Milk
Soak almonds overnight.
Put in blender with 3 to 1 water nut ratio.
Blend
Separate by running through a muslin.
Keep milk in fridge for 3 days

you can freestyle with this and add in a banana, avocado, chopped dates and figs

DELICIOUS CURRY ANYTHING
Fry some onions in butter, add in 3 cloves of garlic
Put 4 tomatoes, 2 cloves in a pan with a little water for a few minutes till soft.
Put into blender when cool enough and add in 3 sundried tomatoes,12 cashew nuts and a chilli and blend
Pour mixture into onions and garlic.
Then add 1 tsp cumin, fenugreek, turmeric, corrander seeds, mustards seeds and lemon juice and 1 tsps coconut oil
Then add in paneer, prawns, roasted veg or meat of your choice.
