Holding on seems way more intuitive than letting go.
Why would you want to let go of someone you love (even if they do not love you)?
And why would you want to let go of wanting something even though you really want it?
These are the questions that I get every day and it is totally normal to think like that, because that is exactly how we have been conditioned.
Hold on, control, get security and approval from others, it's the way we have been taught and programmed.
So holding on and wanting ownership of things and people seems normal and letting go seems counter intuitive.
But nothing could be further from the truth.
When you let go you set your self free.
When you let go you appreciate things in a whole new way, without attachment.
When you let go you save precious energy for other far more exciting things.
When you let go magical things start to happen and you feel more connected to the planet and everything on it.
When you let go you can manifest what you want effortlessly.
When you let go your relationships transform.
When you let go your body can heal.
When you let go abundance will be yours.
So you can see letting go has a lot going for it.
When you go into the right brain and use your incredible imagination to think about what you would love, then you delve into your subconscious and let go of everything in there that could stop you getting what you want, you will start to believe in miracles.
Miracles happen when you believe in them. They happen when you let go and see the magic all around.
A client said to me last week "thank you for all you help, I feel so much better. I watched the sunset and thought how amazing it was. I have not noticed that for over a year."
That is what it is all about. The beauty and magic is everywhere.....but you could be missing it because of your mood, your feelings and or your subconscious.
When you let go the beauty of life reappears.
You should try it.
