Sugar and refined carbohydrate is so prevalent in our diet now and it is making us sick. Apart from causing weight gain it dulls your energy. It stops you from being the full amazing you! How he worked with a professor who actually tore up a book he had previously written on diet and how they followed Donals progress on a high fat diet. You need quality fuel. But we are using food as a drug. We use it to make us feel better. We are driven to it by our emotions. We are programmed with food issues from childhood. So that's all very well I hear you say what can you do about it. There are a few techniques that I teach that can help you let go of all the old attachments and beliefs about food. But let me explain a very important part of being and stay slim. Your body listens to what you say, and it obeys you. Your self talk is an enormous part of your self esteem and how you and others see you in the world. So get a pen and write this down. I allow myself to effortlessly drop ?? kilos/lbs I AM open to being my dream weight of ??? I AM so happy to wear a size ??? Have you written it down yet? :) You need to talk to yourself and others about what you WANT,. NOT what you don't want. Even if this does not feel true for you today, it is essential you get a clear picture of what you want. You MUST have a clear goal. And here is the other crazy thing, you are probably eating because of other emotional things nothing to do with food. eg you have a fight with your partner=eat you are celebrating something=eat you are bored=eat you are feeling down=eat you get the picture? So when you address the emotional stuff you can miraculously start to drop weight along with any issues.
