Its that time of year again.
You have had a long hard look at yourcellf and everything is not exactly the way you want it.
Maybe you know about the Law of Attraction and understand that at some level you should be able to have, do and see everything you desire?
That only makes it worse.
How come some people are slim and toned and they eat shite?
How come others can afford to go all over the world, buy whatever they want and you still feel stuck?
How come they have brilliant jobs that they love?
How come they have so much energy and are always out doing fun things?
Why do they have great relationships and things seem so easy for them?
How come they are so laid back while you have so many things on your mind?
THE UNHELPFUL MIND
We tend to look at our lives and instead of focusing on all the amazing things we have, we concentrate on what we do not have.
Once we have solved one problem the mind will already have found another one for us.
We are programmed just like a computer.
We have inherited things, beliefs, behaviours, habits then our parents have helped up store more and we probably added a few of our own.
We run on automatic pilot most of our lives, functioning from the subconsious mind, and that is why we end up doing what we always do.
Not because we are weak or stupid, just because that's what is in the programming.
When we take our eye off the ball we do what we always do because that is how we are programmed.
But it is easy to deprogramme, run an anti virus and change direction should we choose.
When you understand that you are broadcasting the wrong signals because of your subconscious, then you can take the appropriate action to change that in order to attract exactly what you want.
WE DO WHAT WE ALWAYS DO, THAT'S HOW WE ARE PROGRAMMED
If you love chocolate and eat it on special occastions (whenever you want to) then that is in your programming.
If you prefer to watch telly than go out and exerise then thats your programming too.
You have to understand it takes practise to make changes. It takes patience. You need to decide what you want your new behaviour to be, then release the old one at the same time.
This makes willpower to become obsolete and allows fun and intelligence to take over.
But make no mistake releasing is no free lunch.
You still need to do it.
You need to discipline yourcellf until your new you takes over and happens without thinking.
Its just your new programming.
