CREATING AT THE ARGYLL FESTIVAL
When I decided to stay in Argyll for an extra few weeks in order to see my sister and nephews I thought I need to do something with my time.
I am big into getting back to communities, supporting, helping and hanging out with other humans beings. This is massively important for our health. Feeling part of an extended family, knowing you have support through good times and bad and having the opportunity to help and give back.
I am passionate about your health and happiness, not just in Argyll, but in Scotland and all over the planet. We just happen to have one of the worst health records here in my home Country and it can quite easily be changed. With education, direction and support from the government and each other. We were a proud nation of inventors and creators and I know we can return to that should we decide?
I sent out a few messages on facebook and made a few calls. That's how it started. I made a decision about my thoughts then I took action.
One of the talks at the weekend was my friend and creator of The Key Christine McGrory.
She did a talk on one of her courses I wrote and helped create.
The 8 Keys to Health and Wellbeing.
The Key, the Mother Course teaches the Creation Process. How to create what you want in life.
The Key to Health and Wellbeing turns the focus and attention to our health.
But you can take The Key Creation process and turn it to anything you like.
It's just a process that utilises a Law of Energetic response.
You can use The Key to create more health, wealth or love. You choose.
Christine used my example of creating the first health festival. I had the idea, I visualised it in my head, I took action and put my intention and attention at it, and I created the very first Argyll Health Festival.
But you can use that process to create anything you want.
First step is to decide.
Decide 100% what you want, where you are going, what you are going to be doing, having and being.
Health is much more than just diet and exercise.
Health is about being happy on every level. On a cellular level.
Your internal and external enviroment must be in harmony and aligbment.
From a holistic view point your health is about your overall place in society.
How you think, feel, believe, act and how you help, react and percieve yourcellf as part of the collective.
The enviroment you live and work in, the people, products, toxins and energy around you.
Your relationships with those around you.
Your attitude and perception. Is it negative or positive.
Not because you are a victim of them but because you may have to take more action to change the expression of them.
Yes what you eat massively affects your body/mind/soul, I am fairly sure everyone knows that even if they deny it because they don't want to believe it, and or change their ways.
In The Key we talk about "awareness".
Becoming aware. Because if you are not aware that things need to change then you will never even consider it.
Becoming "aware" this is the first step to freedom.
You may not make the changes immediately, but you will in time decide, put your focus and attention there and move into a place of knowing and believing.
The same process I used to create the festival.
The same process we use to get anything and everything we want in life.
One of my main intentions for the weekend was to get the Community involved.
To help people try things they have never tried before. To inspire people to take the first baby step to greater health.
No matter where you are now, just add in a fresh juice or a herbalife shake and you will be one baby step closer to greater health and vitality.
And to raise money for a place in Lochgilphead that provides love, comfort, support and community for those less fortunate.
A place where my beloved aunt went before she died after a long illness called MS.
How this centre helped and enhanced not just her life but the lives of her family and friends.
It is way more fun to support and love each other along the way, instead of judging and criticising.
We can prevent disease when we become "aware" we need and want to.
We can create this together when we take the first step which is to DECIDE.
This has to be fun.
This has to be inspiring.
This has to be a ground swell.
If all of us become "aware".
If all of us or even just some of us "decide" then take one baby step from this list and do it 3 days a week, then you are closer, you are participating, you are creating........greater health and happiness
That is all we need to do. One step at a time, take your power back, take responsibility.
Understand how powerful you are and how unstoppable we are when we pull together.
We can change our health picture.
If we are aware we need to.
If we decide we want to.
If we put our focus, attention and intention there.
Health, happiness, peace and love for all. Would that not be incredible.
It all starts with a thought, and idea, an awareness then a decision.
