I OWN THE WORLD? REALLY!
I own the world
Concepts and labels
Ownership is a concept
This is something that intrigues me.
As and employer, parent, colleague, sister, human being, I like it when people own their power, take responsibility and make a difference, in other words take ownership.
Taking ownership, treating things like you own them, everything from the water running out the tap to the animals in the park to their role in the work place. Own it and you are confident, compassionate, respectful, thoughtful and successful.
But there is another kind of ownership.
In the so called "developed world" we believe we "own" things.
This is how we make money.
I own it, you keep away from it or give me money or some form of exchange for it.
If you understand and believe in the power of the collective, the interconnectedness of everything in the Universe and the super (collective) conscious then "ownership" becomes a bit of a so called "developed world" joke.
We believe we own land. We believe we own words. We believe we own ideas. We even believe we own each other.
This is the ego. The power of "I".
This has solidified the concept of separation.
We are not one, we are separate. (lie)
This is the "developed world" illusion.
This has caused hell on Earth.
You are not allowed to go there coz we own it. You cannot travel here coz we own it. That was my idea, I own it. (No one can possibly own thoughts. Due to instantaneous cell communication, a lot of us can get them at the same time). This is my friend you cannot speak to them. This is my partner you cannot dance with them.
And we (bunch of egos) have bought into 100%.
And if you break the rules you may be bullied, killed or put in jail.
Depending on the demographics of where you break the rule, your fate will be decided by the people there.
This will clearly vary dramatically depending on cultures.
Ownership and rules
Now we can keep others out. Now we can rule the world. Now we can "use" others to get what we want.
When we understand we are all one, we are all made of the same stuff, we are all in this together then you realise you do not own anything.
The planet belongs to all of us. The resources belong to the planet and we should respect and use them in a fully sustainable way.
Regardless of our colour, salary bracket, education level, we are all equal.
The idea that we are not equal is simply a concept.
And boy does this concept suit some people. The ego likes to think it is better, more special than anyone else.
This takes me to labels.
The ego likes to separate. "I" am much richer, cleverer, faster than yeow.
Now we can take the ownership to the next level and bring in the labels.
We own this and we have labels, names for everything and everyone on it. It used to amuse me greatly when I moved to the city and people were so caught up with titles. Especially when I realised you can just make one up, and when you do others treat you differently.
Often you will get someones "title" along side their "salary" and this is how the person gets judged. Good or bad. Suitable or not. Based soley on their "label" and the "concept" of how much they are worth.
I am sure a few of you will have been caught out with that formula for successful dating.
We live in an illusionary world and our task I believe is to see through that, soul to soul. Break through the labels and concepts, see and feel what is true and real instead of falling for marketing and fear, labels and concepts.
Standing up for others less fortunate as you genuinely realise we are all in this together. Dropping judgement and attachment to the "developed" world which in reality is destroying the health of the Planet therefore the health of every single living thing on it.
Moving into the Heart and returning to our roots where we take everyone and everything into consideration when making decisions.
When we no longer allow the richest families on Earth to collude and fool us by fear and power.
Lets take ownership of our Planet back........now.
Focus on peace, focus on waking each other up, focus on raising our vibration, focus on love.
We all have a part to play.....it starts inside each one of us.
We will all walk back the Stairway to Heaven with nothing but the experiences and love we shared.
