Curing the so called incurable
When the Doctor says it is incurable or terminal, there is nothing we can do, that simply means there is no drug to help. There is nothing that they can do.
But there are lots of things you can.
Most autoimmune diseases are deemed incurable by the Doctor and nothing could be further from the truth.
Many are derived from Leaky gut and Candida and along with a myriad of other factors that are anti Nature, the body becomes sicker and sicker if the root cause is not addressed.
Particles enter the blood stream via the gut causing recurring infections, allergies, fatigue, fogginess, headaches, depression, thrush and many other chronic symptoms.
Even sugar addiction and alcoholism.
Some can be healed amazingly quickly, others are more tricky and take far more time, maybe years, but the facts are that people are healing from so called incurable disease everyday now.
We now understand that when we change the internal enviroment, we change the communication, the information, the chemistry and the electro magnetic field hence we change the terrain ie the Immune System.
Among the incurable diseases that people are self healing are MS, ME, Lupus, Arthritis, Behcets, Parkinsons, Type 2 diabetes and more.
To quote Dr Brian Clements
"There is no disease that has a name that he has not seen healed".
No one can and should ever make any guarantees as we do not know what our D date is going to be.
But what we can do is make sure every day we have left on the incredible Planet is as good as it can be.
We can drop the fear and the dreaded opinion of others.
Lets look at Radical Remissions and the 9 steps that survivors took to change their Destiny.
Dr Kelly Turner interviewed over 1500 people, that number is growing every week, who defied the odds.
Here are the 9 things they all did, in no particular order.
Step 1 Drastically change your diet. Vegan seems to be the one that most miracle cures stem from. Certainly for the initial part of the healing.
But others are healing on the Paleo and Ketogenic.
Personally I would go vegan to start then see how it goes.
Whatever way you decide to go there is one thing they all agree on.
All junk and processed foods out, alcohol and drugs out, wheat and refined sugars out.
It is really important to find a protocal that works for you and stick to it. 100%.
Like your life depends on it, because it might.
Step 2 Herbs and Supplements. Discuss with an expert or another survivor what they did, and use the power of herbs and vitamins to assist the Immune System and cleansing process.
Step 3 Let go of course! Release all fear. Move into trust. Forgive everyone and everything from your past. This allows your cells to expand and heal.
Step 4 Focus on the positive. What do you want? What would you love to see, be, have and do in your life. Write it down and visualise it. Use the Power of that incredible mind to see yourcellf well and healed.
Step 5 Take control of your own health. You internal enviroment is affected by you, take charge of it. How empowering, making this simple decision causes the cells to cellabrate.
Step 6 Listen to your Intuition. This is a big part of what I teach. Your body, your cells are to the brim with innate wisdom and intelligence and most of the time we ignore it. Listen in, quieten the mind by releasing and tapping, and wait patiently for the answers you need.
Step 7 Social NetworK. Who do you have around you? Do they support your dreams, healing and otherwise? Do they fill you with hope and love? If not move them out until you are better. Keep away from negative people who believe in "their" reality and not yours.
Step 8 Connecting to a higher power or something bigger. Deepen your spiritual, religious connection by prayer and or meditation. Ask for help, trust and surrender. Look at death, make that shift your friend, we will all go there, but we need not fear it.
Step 9 Have a strong desire to live. Now this one amazed me because you just assume people want to stay alive, especially young ones, but the reality is some are not prepared to make the changes they need in order to survive.
So that is our right.
The problem is most of us are blindly believing the Doctors who also believe what they are telling us
If only we realised we could take part in our healing maybe we would.
But it takes energy, it takes courage, it takes belief.
It means change.
It means truth.

1. NUTRITION We see it here again. This is the foundation for change.
Proper Nutrition: Diet of vegetables, fruit, grains, nuts, and seeds. 3 meals a day of natural, unprocessed food and fresh vegetable juices (juicing is essential for chronic or so called terminal illness as it fast tracks the detox)
There are various different food plans you can choose from, you can pick intuitively, pm for a consultation just make sure you set a protocol and stick to it. 100% commitment.
Take sugar and all processed, chemical laden foods and drinks out.
Nutrients cause a wonderful, cellular dance that the cells love.
2. EXERCISE Exercise just means move. Move for at least 4 hours a week and do something you like that you can stick to. Even if it is going for a walk with your friends.
The body needs and love oxygen so anything more than you are doing now will be good. If you already have a strict programme maybe you need to relax it a bit. Too much exercise leave the body
Boy do the cells love it when you move.
3. WATER You must drink water. Are you drinking enough Water? (2 litres per day)
When you are healing you are changing the information in the cells and cleaning them out, like an internal shower. The best way to do this is to drink distilled water. Religiously flush out the cells and allow them to become clearer day by day along with hydrating the body. As we are primarily made of water we need to make sure it runs clear like a river and does not become a stagnant pond.
We need to keep the water flowing and we do that by drinking and allowing it to cleanse at a cellular level.
Be aware with hydration it is also essential that you have a good essential fat profile. You get this by eating foods that are rich in Omega 3 and 6. Greens, nuts, seeds, veggies, flaxseed and supplementation.
The cells expand and bathe in bliss, kinda like us having a lovely bath.
4. SUNLIGHT AND DAYLIGHT Get adequate amounts of Sunlight (60 mins per day minimum the more the better)
This has to be without contacts, glasses or sunglasses, sunscreen and clothing like hats.
We are Nature, we are part of this Universe and we need to be connected. Your eyes, face, skin and body are designed to have a certain amount
of safe exposure. Again just do a little bit more than you are doing. Start with 10 minutes then build up. If you have kids it is critically important for them to play outside.
The cells go into a frenzy of excitement and delight when the light shines on them.
5. FRESH AIR Get Fresh Air every day.
Most of us are spending too much time indoors surrounded by toxic materials, fumes, airwaves and sometimes people.
Spend time outside in nature and in your barefeet if possible. Again the longer the better, minimum 30 mins)
Our body needs oxygen in its cleanest, clearest form. Fresh air, deep breathing, exercise, all of that fill the body with light and energy.
Our cells LOVE fresh air.
6. TEMPERANCE It is not only essential to put things into the body, it is equally important to stop putting certain things in. Not only via the mouth but via the skin too.
Eliminate the following: caffeine, sugar, artificial sweeteners, tobacco, alcohol, food dyes, food chemicals, processed food, drugs (including pharmaceutical drugs)
Get all chemical cleaning and body products out your house, choose only natural ones. Keep wifi and tv out of your bedroom and create a healing, relaxing sanctuary in there.
When we stop putting chemicals into the body the cells can relax.
7. SLEEP AND REST The body heals at night. The healing hormones kick in around 10-2am this is when restoration and growing happens, important for teenagers.
This is bizarre in the West as we see being up late as an adult thing and going to bed early as almost a sign of weakness.
It is simply returning to working with Natural daylight.
It's so obvious when you think about it.
Guess what happens to the cells when you are in a deep, healing sleep?
8.FAITH Trust. Trust in something higher. Trust is a big issue for most of us, mainly due to the media and the competitive nature of our schooling and parenting.
We are designed to cooperate. This is how we work best, this is how we get miraculous results.
Take the Apollo 13 mission. All these briliant minds pulled together to bring these men back. We are unstoppable together.
Feeling that you are not alone. Understanding that quite literally at a cellular level we are interconnected to everyone and everything in the Universe.
We are always looked after, it is just the mind that can fool you into thinking otherwise.
When we move into faith and surrender the cells yes you guessed it, they expand.
9. GRATITUDE Have an Attitude of Gratitude.
Because gratitude has a very high vibration. The higher the vibe the better you feel and so does everyone else around you.
Be thankful for what you have. Have an upbeat, positive spirit ( using the Sedona method, EFT, Healing codes, Emotion codes or Byron Katies the Work helps eliminate fear which inhibits healing) Meditation and breath work also come under here.
Take time to think and/or write 3 things you are grateful for everyday.
Complaining is a habit, a habit that can make you sick.
Gratitude can become your new habit, practise it, repeat it and you will feel, look and be so much better for you and everyone around you.
When we move into acceptance, allowing love the cell rejoice and vibrate at a higher frequency.
10. GIVE BACK Givers gain- start focusing on caring for others. This takes the mind off the idea that you are separate and alone and allows you to feel good as we always do when we help others.
Heart Math clearly measures that we get a much greater buzz from giving than getting.
What do you give to others less fortunate?
What can you do to help others succeed and feel good?
Pay it forward, see how it feels, your cells will LOVE IT.
The cells know we are connected, they know we need to cooperate and the cellebrate when we remember too.
So there you have it.
Start somewhere. Look at the things you already do, then add in the things that you think will be easy for you, start there.

Yesterday was a sad day for me with the loss of another major player in my life.
He went the way he wanted to, massive heart attack, dying exactly the way he wanted to same way he lived his life.
Some people just feel like family, dont really know why, maybe past lives who knows, but this man really helped me when I was going through a very hard time, made me laugh and realise life is not serious when I really thought it was.
You just never forget people who help you when you really need it, without being asked. He was an out and out character with mischief in his incredible blue eyes, like a 2 year old to the end. I know he is free now, but you feel the loss none the less and compassion and pain for his family.
RIP my beloved, crazy friend.
Then my day changed.
A surprise visit from a young friend who has been diagnosed with breast cancer at the tender age of 32.
We were introduced by a mutual friend who told me about her and how she was using traditional and holistic treatments to heal herself. I was of course intrigued to meet her.
I read her posts on facebook and was super inspired. I had never heard such a powerful, honest message coming through, she truly is remarkable using her experience and the power of her words to take you inside her head.
She talks us through a journey that we are well aware we could make ourselves one day.
First of all she is beautiful, inside and out.
She was rubbing her bald head saying how she was loving the feel of the warmth of the sun coming through the roof of the car and how she can really feel it.
You can see she genuinely means it. Zero sign of feeling sorry for herself, just honest observations of the changes she is going through, she really makes you smile in amazement.
She does not look sick, far from it.
She glows. Making an educated decision about chemo was a challenge but she knows that deep down she believes in it, otherwise she would not be taking it.
Wow, how insightful.
This is a decision many of us will have to make, to chemo or not.
Only we can decide and whatever you choose you are brave and you must believe in it.
The treatment invovles 6 rounds of chemo. 3 of one type and 3 of another type. She gets her 3rd session of the first type next week, so is familiar with how it is affecting her. Then there is the slight fear of the unknown of the new one as she does not know and nobody can tell her how she will be. But to be honest she seems more concerned about planning her life, doing the things she wants to and how this is disrupting her life rather than the suffering she has had.
She felt a lump and knew it was different. At first they thought it was nothing then when her history became known they delved deeper and her worst fears were confirmed. The tumour grew quickly and she felt that chemo would stunt the growth and give her the time to get into all the natural therapies. There is some genetic history too, she has been tested (no results yet) but that also influenced her decision.
That is all any of us can do, take all factors into consideration then make the decision we feel is best for us.
She became vegan. As someone who always had an eye on heathy food she was aware she could go a step further. More raw, a range of vitamins, B, C, trace elements, wheatgrass, propolis along with juicing.
Meditation, Nature, sunshine all the simple things that we can all do to help the body and Immune System, she is constantly reading and researching and learning all the things her body needs in order to return to optimum health.
She left with my copy of The Emotion Codes which will help her release any old negative frequencies from the past that can depress the Immune System.
She is covering all bases.

The Root Cause
She knew she was out of balance.
Living a very busy life in the last few years, taking the birth control pill for 12 years and well aware there are a combination of factors that have taken her to this place.
But boy is she a breath of fresh air and her very lovely, supportive boyfriend said she actually seems healthier now, a brilliant testament indeed.
She got a wig, more for her mum she said than herself. Cant bear to imagine how she must feel.
A cancer diagnosis hits the entire family and close circle. As I listened to her I thought of her parents and grandparents and friends, particularly her boyfriend, the pain and fear ripples out to all loved ones, and my heart went out to them all. The confusion for the older (my) generation about a vegan diet, the hair loss and even the word cancer instills fear.
Then all the buts and maybes, you have to be very brave, educated and bullet proof not be be affected by the fear and to some degree the unknown.
This is my passion. To help release all fear. To listen into the message the body is giving you and help you address its needs.
What needs to go in and what needs to come out? And how we manage this without fear.
Creating an inner knowing that we can and will heal. Releasing all doubt, moving into trust and surrender.
None of us know the day we will get called back. Its not about that day, its about the journey.
The fear free journey.
The ability to enjoy every single moment until then.

Fear based, lying, bullshit media

All of life is how we see it.
Through our emotions, our cultural programming, our belief system and our family experiences.
The Media take peoples words and twist them beyond recognition.
Most people know that, but some take it at face value and repeat it.
No research, no emotional intelligence, no evidence or compassion at all.
My God the World we have created is shockingly destructive.
Words are energy.
Words are powerful.
When we say them we send a frequency through OUR cells, our body.
When you add in strong emotional reaction and judgement then the body, OUR body suffers.
Except it is not.
Most of the shit we read and repeat is not even true.
Most of it sends the FEAR vibration through the cells.
Very unclever when you understand energy.
Plus you are putting your focus there........and we know that gives the thing, whatever it is, power.
Now that may sound like I do not believe in the Illuminati, Chemical warfare and the likes. And actually I do.
We live in a World of Polarities and there are great and evil people, we all know that.
But I truly believe that most people are good.
I also believe that we have all trusted "others" to take care of things, perhaps with a touch of apathy (I did) and the down side of that is we have taken our eye off the ball and our cells and the health of OUR Planet are paying the ultimate price.
In my World there are no victims, we are all playing a part and we can choose to perceive ourcellves as victims or not.
That may sound harsh, what about all the starving people and the abused ones?
I believe that no matter how awful things appear that we can change them.
We can change how we perceive it, we can change how we "react" to it and through this I truly, deeply believe we can change the World.
Why do I believe this?
Because you can believe what you want.
I know if I believe it's a hostile world with no hope that my cells will crumble, acidify, contract and eventually die, they would believe there is no point and they would be right.
Then I would not be around to piss people off with my positivity and aserbic wit. :)
Life quite literally thrives on hope and expansion.
Cells can programme them cellves to die when they "believe" that is the only intelligent, non judgemental option available.
These little guys need our help!
Be aware we have been played.
But know that is exactly how it was meant to happen and that now we are waking up.
Now we take our Planet back and look after it with love, compassion and respect the way we look after each other and of course our Cells.
Vibrate LOVE and release Fear.
Keep your focus on solutions and transparency.
Keep your attention and intention on Love and a shit load of Light.
Your life may depend on it.
We are Connected and the masses can change everything when they wake up and take action.

Will FEAR make you change?
As my quest to find the Ultimate Key to your health and happiness continues, the evidence for the science of food continues to grow.
But the knowledge of Healthy Eating and Letting Go is not enough.
How do you get people to
(a) Believe that a changes in beliefs, emotions and diet will help them heal
(b) Help them to then make the changes that are essential for them to heal
Believe and make the changes.
Do you need to be scared!?
If you don't make changes you will die?
Learn to Love you cells and Let Go of all outdated and limiting beliefs?
What works for you?
It was 23 years ago that Johanna was diagnosed with Leukaemia.
That snapshot in time when everything changes.
Suddenly the World did not seem the safe, happy place it always had been.
I knew older people could get sick, that was part of life, some lived a bit longer than others and that was ok in my naive young eyes, but surely not our kids?
Today we have a very different picture. We hear of young people getting sick more regularly. Most of us know someone whose child has had Cancer a Brain Tumour or some other Auto Immune disease.
There is no single reason for any of us getting sick, it is a combination of factors over a long period of time that depresses the Immune System so badly that it cannot recover.
How this manifests will be different for each one of us depending on genes, the internal and external enviroment.
You can put 10 people in the identical external enviroment and they will all come out differently because of their enviroments.
Their genes, their personality, their upbringing, their place in the family, the drugs they have taken, legal and illegal, their diet, their experiences growing up, their perceptions and ultimately their BELIEFS.
We have been warned about the pollution we have created on this Planet. What we have done to the soil, how our Rivers and Oceans are toxic and the life inside them is dying and changing. Even the air we breathe has wifi and God knows how many frequencies we can't see along with the dirt and poison from cars and other "toys" we have to make life "easier" on ourselves.
Our homes are filled with non natural fabrics and a host of toxic cleaners for the body and household goods.
Most people in the West are eating little to no live foods.
Stress and Depression are at an all time high.
We stay indoors, terrified of the sun, zero fresh air and artificial lighting and heating.
Does anyone believe that this can continue?
What on Earth will it take to wake us up to the Destruction we have reaked on this incredible Planet and truly understand a sick planet means sick humans?
If we can address our food situation. Get our energy levels up. Eliminate all junk, then maybe, just maybe we can get enough energy and clarity to change our direction, our health and happines and our fate.
If we are not concerned about our health, thinking its all "funny" that people are going organic, cutting out sugar and wheat and even alcohol, are we missing the entire point?
What about the health of our children, our family, our friends?
How close does it need to come to our door before we actually get it?
I stayed with a friend last night whose 6 year old niece had leaky gut. Her family were not really doing anything much about it, not taking it seriously. A tricky and potentially very awkward situation which my friend approached directly, firmly and with love. This child is potentially very sick, she has no energy and all because of food.
And you as a family as a team have to address this and help her heal.
Now most people will understand that to say that to your sister or brother is not easy and you could easily get booted out the family, but what guts I say.
Sometimes I believe FEAR is the only thing people truly respond to.
Do we want to die a slow horrible death?
Do we understand that our lives are sustained by life ie live foods on a live, vibrant healthy Planet?
How much longer can we fanny around ignoring, choosing not to believe, taking no responsibility because we are too tired?
Its the chicken and the egg.
I'm too tired to eat healthy.
So I don't.
So I get more tired.
Dig deep, be honest. Do things need to change?
The body is incredible and you can treat it appallingly and it will still try to keep going, trust me I did this.
But the day of reckoning arrives.
People ask me all the time about their symptoms and energy and what can they do.
Then I tell them.
Then they do nothing.
I understand it is very difficult to change.
Food is the biggest abused drug in our times, sugar and simple carbs are highly addictive and extremely emotive.
Because they are legal nobody takes the addiction seriously, but we are now wreaking health havoc because of it.
What to do if someone is eating themcellves to death?
I am not just talking about obesity here but the sugar and wheat lovers whose digestive systems are screaming out for help.
It eats away at your quality of life, your vitality, your energy, your personality, your clarity and of course your health.
Candida and Leaky Gut will eat you from the inside out, slowly destroying your health.
Then your beliefs shrink.
You cannot be all you can be, the body is not allowing it.
You MUST address your health.
Beyond lecturing someone that they will get worse if they do not change you diet what can be done?
Beyond explaining that you need to use the techniques daily to make effortless change, what can be done?

Like one big team.
If we all start taking this seriously in order to become lighter, happier and healthier then we can support each other and make it real.
As a collective it is easier to change with the support and actions of others.
Don't make eating well a thing for January.
Make it a thing for life.

Surround yourcells by love and life.
Do the things right 80% or more of the time and see and feel the bodies gratitude.
Powerful changes take time.
