Life is allllllll about perception.
How we look at it.
What we want to see or have been programed to see.
It suits most of us to believe, at least at a conscious level, that we can eat and drink what we want. To discover that we need to make changes can be very annoying to say the least.
Then we make the changes but in our heads we have a date planned for when we can run riot again and go back to our old ways.
How do you think this will work out?
Do what you always did, get what you always got.
You lose weight then you stop doing the things that helped you to do that.
Then you do the things that caused you to put on weight in the first place again, and you put on weight again.
Same with healing.
You do the good stuff till you get fed up, then you do the bad stuff again, you get sick again.
There aint no easy way out of this guys except to change your perception.
Release your limiting beliefs and bad habits.
So what to do, you don't want to live like a monk but you also want to minimise your risk of getting sick and overweight.
So there HAS TO BE RULES.
Rules that you make based on what you know about your cellf.
Create a daily ritual.
Skin brushing - leave your brush beside you bath or shower so that you remember.
Oil pulling - put a tbsp oil in your mouth while you shower etc
Sun salutes - I go out on roof most mornings my rule is 4 times a week minimum
EFT & Affirmations - I do this either in the bath or on the roof after yoga
Lemon and turmeric tea - when I first wake up, drink this while marketing
Create yours. Make it a ritual, a health habit that assists the bodys balancing and healing.
Get your shopping completely organised, make sure that you have all the good stuff in your cupboards and fridge. Have set days to shop or order online, but get it sorted some how.
Decide how alcohol will work for you.
One night a week or 2? Be clear and be decisive. This is how it will be. (apart from holidays and special occasions)
High quality works here the same as for food.
Spirit with soda water, fresh lemons and limes stress the gut least.
If you have candida and are still clearing it, stay away from wine and beer.
Sugar the treat
Again you need to decide what is "enough" for you.
If you are addicted to sugar then just admit it and EFT the habit away.
Self discipline is essential.
You have to measure it to manage it. How much is acceptable in a week?
Decide then stick to it 100%.
You cannot cheat on your cells, they know.
Bread, cakes and biscuits
Same deal as above. Count how many you are consuming. This is one thing that came out of the testimonies that we eat without thinking. So now we need to think.
Mindless eating stresses the body.
Decide on your allowance and stick to it.
Crisps, chips and tatties
We need to watch out for trans fats. Anything that has been fried in unstable, rancid oil creates free radicals in the body.
If we have a weakness at all then it can cause us big trouble.
Again limit the amount and stick to it.
Junk food and fizzy drinks
Well you know my thoughts on this.
NEVER put it in your amazing, wise, intelligent cells.
But if you HAVE to. Same as above, as little as possible.
Walk and please, please get outside
Build some outside walking into your day somewhere. Even if its round the block 10 minutes. Breath outside air, expand your cells with awareness and Nature.
Move your cells. Nearly everyone can do this.
Again decide how many days a week you will do this and stick to it.
Start small then extend as the nights get longer.
Release all judgement of others and your cellf
When you judge others your cells contract.
When you judge yourcellf your cells contract.
The body does not know the difference.
To stay slim and 100% on full power we all need to stop judging.
Use the techniques daily for that.
And last but not least journal.
We are the biggest fibbers to our cells.
We say one thing and do another a lot of the time.
So write it all down.
Your daily and weekly rituals.
Your food and drink intake. You cannot hide from this at a cellular level.
Be happy, healthy and free.
Ascend to the next level with effortless grace and ease.

DRY HIGH JANUARY - FINAL WEEK
As we enter the last week of Dry High January it will come as a relief to some.
Restrictions lifted, lets go bonzai :)
My main intention for this month was that the brave peeps that joined in could experience the difference in energy, clarity, weight, digestive issues and enthusiasm for life when you fill the body with nutrients and cut out the things that stress and harm it.
4 weeks will give you a good indication of how you can really be and feel and how the body will rebalance so quickly (I know you would like it to be quicker) but after decades of neglect and abuse.
Other peoples weight is of no interest to me, but their health and happiness is.
Especially when I hear and see young ones unable to function on full power, emotionally unstable, anxiety and panic attacks, most if not all that can be addressed with nutrition and supplementation.
Two things happen to the body.
1. It gets too much of certain things - overload
2. It does not get enough of certain things.- deficiency
For an emotional release therapist to ignore the health of the gut, is downright crazy.
We have more neurotransmitters there than in our brain.
We need to look after it like we would our newborn child.
With respect, diligence, kindness, compassion and intelligence.
My friend has been staying with me for the month, has given up sugar, alcohol, wheat, nicotine and has handled it with amazing ease.
As she had not suffered any real pain we decided to do a 3.5 day juice fast.
This was easy too, I felt and feel amazing since we did this. My energy had been slowly rising but the juice really kickstarted it again.
Then we did our last walk completing our hike round Malta and celebrated with steak for lunch. Then we did a 24 hour dry fast. No water or any liquids including brushing teeth, shower etc.
This too was relatively easy, we sat with some friends at lunchtime yesterday who were enjoying some wine and cigs as their kids had chicken and chips, ahhh the smell of it, and we coped admirably.
Everything she gave up was there and we had eliminated everything you can put in the body and sat with temptation.
Sat the test, passed the test. BOOM.
Very interesting exercise.
Sit in the temptation. See how the body reacts. Release the reaction.
Last night we went to an amazing music night with Mantra Malta at the Why Not Vortex.
Brilliant music and mantras, full moon, bonfire.
Unbeknown to me my friend had taken her electric cig, which she has not been using, but felt this atmosphere might trigger a desire?
But no, again she was fine.
Huge change of habits and this is what most of us struggle with.
We need to make new ones.
Ones that serve us, our families and the Planet.

HIGH AND DRY DAY 12
High Dry January is going really well.
I have been delighted at the response and the results people are getting.
It amazes me always, how many people are engaged, reading, listening etc and NEVER comment or like, but when I see them they tell me how much my stuff helps them, or they send me a private message.
Of course lots of people "cheated" at the weekend mostly. This is really common. That is when our strong neural pathway fires shouting "treat".
But what we believe is a "treat" is anything but for our precious body of vibrating cells.
This is just another programme running, but can be so strong and powerful that it takes you completely off the healing path.
The first question you should ask yourcell is
"Why am I doing this"?
If you have no real desire or belief that your body needs help then you are likely to fail.
If you are tired and gathering fat cells then maybe you can still function ok and that will do for now.
If you digestive system is breaking down
athletes foot, cold sores and thrush
indigestion and acid reflux
addictions and depression
mood swings, panic attacks and anxiety
then this is no joke.
This is a full power way of destressing the body, taking out all the things that should never go in there in the first place and putting in loads of the things that should.
If someone gave you their pet to look after and it was not in full health, you would never fill it full or alcohol, sugar and wheat when their backs were turned would you?
Because you would see the effects of doing that to an animal.
Why do we stay in such denial and resistance?
When we become fully aware that things need to change it can be a total pain in the ass.
I would LOVE it if we could treat out bodies any way we wanted to then turn up at the doc and get a pill to fix it. I HONESTLY would!
But the internal stress we have put the body under with zero nutrient food, negative thoughts, feelings and emotions, alcohol, drugs and lack of Nature cannot be fixed with a pill.
We have to fix it ourcellves.
Taking responsibility for our lives is the only way ahead.
My biggest sorrow is seeing young people (and some old) struggle with so called minor symptoms, anxiety, panic attacks, weight gain, emotional imbalance when I know how easy and quickly it could be fixed!
It is sooooo frustrating, but I am letting that go.
You food, your mood, your connection to others and the Planet are all related.
How far away from Nature are you?
We need to get back, we need to support each other, we need to understand the 2 minds.
We need to be strong for now.
If you 2 minds are not aligned then you will feel weak.
Because they are creating conflict inside you.
The Conscious mind is telling you to be strong one minute then telling you that you only live once the next, that a wee bit of what you love will do you no harm.
This is just another habit, a belief a programme that can easily be changed when you know how. And when you REALLY want to change.
Mostly we are mindless.
We put things in the body by habit.
We crave things and instead of identifying why, we just eat or drink to satisfy the ego.
When we understand the power of EFT, releasing, affirming and asking questions we disintegrate old, limiting behaviours.
We change at a cellular level and cease suffering.
We realise that we can change when we want, and how to do it.
Surround yourcellves by others on the same path.
Call, message and interact when you feel weak.
Set your clear intentions and release all outdated bullshit and inherited crap :)

Which mind though?
We have 3 minds that we know about, maybe more, the conscious, sub conscious and unconscious also known as the superconscious.
Minds that hold information that we dont use on a daily basis.
Minds that can keep us stuck in a circle of destruction.
For now though lets just look at 2.
Conscious and subconscious.
The unconscious mind is where all our life is recorded or should I say our reactions and perceptions to life are recorded there.
It is very important to understand the difference between the 2.
What we perceived happened, not what may or may not have actually happened, but the body will record the "reaction" to it none the less. It records what it perceived.
eg. Have you ever had a terrible fright then found out later everything was fine?
But the body has recorded the fright frequency and it is stored there.
All our learned behaviours as we were growing up are stored there.
Our perceptions about treats are in there.
And they maybe slowing you down and stopping you getting on to full power.
Wow what in interesting and incredible thing.
Because it changes. It changes when we see things from a different angle.
When it changes, so do we.
Just a wee treat? Inevitably is NOT that for the body. Maybe for our taste buds but it does not help the cells heal.
Change that perception and flourish.
Changing our perception by raising our vibration will improve our quality of life.
It will turbo boost our health, wealth and loving relationships.
Lets look at health.
Your health affects everything around you, especially your perception.
When you health is vibrant and vital, you will see things from a loving, solution based angle.
When your health is heavy and cumbersone, then not so much.
When your health and energy is down it takes your thinking with it.
Dry high january is my bid to help people experience the difference in their emotional health when they leave out the shit non foods.
Life becomes lighter, easier, more energetic and vital and way, way clearer.
It becomes far more effortless and enjoyable.
This process may take a few weeks so its important to keep on keeping on.
If you doubt for one second that good nutrition powers and heals the body watch this,
So why o why o why do we insist on putting stuff in and on the body that causes it stress?
Most of us know deep down but we just ignore it because we don't really want to change out diet.
Lets not beat about the bush here, that eventually kills us.
Its a habit, thats all.
You need to release it. Delete it.
But why would you do something that will for sure kill you eventually?
You don't love you life very much?
You don't believe in nutrition?
Deep down you really love sugar and wheat and you are not prepared to give it up, even to save your own life?
You're and addict?
Its none of the above.
That maybe your thinking, but we know our thoughts are not true, Byron Katie has brilliantly taught us that.
But you are craving, eating and drinking the wrong things.
The body craves for a variety of reasons but usually, mainly because of old programmes, habits, limiting beliefs and perhaps nutritional deficiencies. Or a combo of all of the above.
What to do?
Well to make life as easy as possible LET GO.
Release the outdated programmes from your subconscious.
Release the limiting belief that is is a torturous process to regain full health and vitality. Affirm and intend with full focus and power, exactly what you would LOVE.
This takes repetition and practise and the fastest, easiest way to do it is EFT.
Forget willpower and suffering, get into the mind gym and skip towards your dreams.
Dont get me wrong I am a firm believer in the 80/20 rule, the body can deal with massive amounts of abuse. BUT sometimes the body needs enormous, loving support and we have to be strong and disciplined to heal and prevent horrible disease down the line. You can only put things off so long, pay day will arrive.
If you are addicted to these foods then you cant have 1. Because then the mind will go mental and the cravings will come in big time. Then you will eat or drink the shop because you believe you have ruined everything.
So best to leave it out completely then there is no grey area.
Then let go of all negative thoughts, feelings and actions.
The journey to full power, vitality, clarity, excitement and enthusiasm should be a fun one.
Its all about perception.
And we know we can change that.

I have been a party animal pretty much since I was 14. Typical gemini, love people, love to dance, love to have as much fun as humanly possibly or should I say as my body will allow.
Decades ago I suffered from chronic fatigue and recurrent sinus infections and pain. Constant allergy symptoms that I knew could not be hay fever.
Turns out the problem was in my gut. I went to the doctors, even got an operation on my nose, although that is off the scale ridiculous knowing what I know now.
I had a leaky gut and particles of my food were getting into my blood stream and causing havoc with my immune system. There is no pill for that.
I stopped partying, did intensive yoga around 2 hours per day and ate only plant based protein with some sushi in there now and again.
Gradually I noticed my energy lifting, I kept it going and returned to normal.
I healed my gut
Then I sarted partying again.
Then I got tired again, this took a while but eventually I had to address it again and this cycle continued over the years.
My guide line is my energy. When I start sleeping too long, wanting to sleep in the afternoon, then I get on it. Clean living.
Then I got older. The menopause. At first I had no idea it was affecting me. Few aches and pains, lack of drive which I took as time out, then I went on my friends bio resonance machine to discover I was in deep trouble. "That age".
Your endocrine system no longer controls your inflammation and you become a hotbed for disease.
This gave me a severe kick up the arse.
I am not a big believer in tests, but I needed this one to tell me what I actually already knew but was beautifully and brilliantly ignoring.
Things had to change again if I wanted to stay fit and maybe more importantly live in a pain free body and stay well.
We have 2 enviroments the external and internal.
My external had never been better but my internal was clearly malfunctioning.
I was displaying classic inherited symptoms.
I know I can overide my genes but I still need to do it.
I truly believe you can live to 120 if you want and heal anything, if you want but you still need to do it. The doc cant do it for you.
Do what you love, be in an enviroment that supports your health and happiness, eat the right foods, keep the body alkalised and release all the inherited bullshit along with all the negative memories etc that are lurking way down in the dungeons.
This boosts your immune system, then it will heal the body for you.
But you need to help!
Immersing in Mother Nature is essential for your soul.
We are Nature, we need to stay connected to it, respect it, use it and enjoy and be grateful for it.
Swimming in the Med is one of the things I LOVE.
Huge free flow of electrons for the body to re energise and heal.
Because I suffered from fatigue and problems with my digestive system and how that can make you feel and how it can really spoil years of you life, I am passionate about educating and helping others.
Hence High/Dry January.
I am also aware that change seems to be much harder for some than others. This is all the way we store our memories and limitations, but also how determined we are to make change and feel well.
It is way easier to say I dont believe in all that, then you dont have to try.
Its way easier to say, lifes too short so lets keep doing the things that possibly harm the body.
I have realised now that I have to keep my lifestyle fairly clean or my body will complain.
Is that the end of the World for me? No.
Dry High January is a bit of a walk in the park for me, anything would be after that last water fast, but I now know that my cells need more from me than ever before....and thats fine, I get it, and to keep my energy and clarity I am happy to help them.

As I have been hiking round the Coast of Malta in the most amazing sunny January weather I have been listening in to the cells. A tightness in my head due to a wee cold I got after New Year :) Sorry cells.
My hips have been perfect which is a great relief, post menopausal arthritis saw me limping at the last major walk I attempted in May. Progress there so thats brill.
My lower back comes and goes and feels really stiff. This can be the intestine and other organs swelling and eliminating waste, so this should pass soon too, it did before.
Apart from that energy rising daily, loving the walks and the cliffs and scenery.
Hugely grateful that my cells are happy to walk anything between 12-20k per day, could not have done that this time last year.
So it does pay to look after your cells.
The over 50's take up a huge % of the NHS budget and we can change that by learning about our cells, what they need, what needs to be released and how to get back into alignment with Nature and loving life.
Our diseases are primarily caused by lifestyle, but the consequences of our actions may not show up for a while.
I am off the scale excited to bring Dr Sondra Barrett phd to Malta and the UK for the first time to teach us about out cells.
I read her ground breaking book which explains the science behind everything I teach and know how critical it is for each of us to know and understand this stuff.

HIGH&DRY + HIKING ROUND MALTA
For the month of January I decided to do a digestive system health awareness campaign.
Having moved from nutrition simply because people will not avoid the foods and drinks that make them sick, I moved onto the mind stuff.
But recently I realised that the emotions can be all over the shop because of the digestive systems stress, so I can teach people to change how they feel but they are fighting a losing battle if their gut is knackered.
Awareness is the key, we have to understand how our digestive system affects us and what better way to do it than to try?
So dry/high January was born. I have been amazed at the response and delighted. Great interaction but also tells me that people are recognising things have to change.
Our current lifestyles kill us. Brutal but true. Slowly but none the less it is not conducive to a long, happy, healthy life.
Things have to change and we have to change them.
Its not rocket science or great hardship to look after this amazing body we inhabit for our life on Earth.
80 trillion cells that need pretty much exactly the same as plants do.
Water, sun, good soil, attention and love.
We are running around like a bunch of headless chickens to pay our overheads, too tired to eat well, too tired to exercise, too tired to communicate effectively with anyone.
We know deep down things have to change, and we have to change them.
Do you need great food to be happy. Not really, but boy does it help. It gives you the biggest foot up the ladder. And it prevent disease and helps the body with the task of healing. Tamper with Mother Nature at your peril.
Talking about her, get out and enjoy this Planet during this time. Breathe in the oxygen, take in the scenery, and depending on where you live, get into the sea if possible.
Connect in the forests and mountains, places that man has not spoiled or polluted.
My friend is staying with me for the month buddying up for high and dry. She has also stopped smoking and we are hiking round Malta. She has blown me away with her attitude. She has just done it! Amazing what we can achieve when we make the decision.
That's what its all about.
Hang out with others who are taking action and waking up.
As the first week of the detox ends I want to thank everyone for their participation and I am really hoping that everyone who has gets the natural high soon and this level of energy and enthusiasm continues.
Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.
