You may already know some of the techniques but when 2 people come together with the same intention the results go
exponential.
Using a variety of the techniques intuitively I can guarantee 100% that you will feel better after one session.
I recommend that you have at least 5 sessions as it takes around 4-5 weeks to create new neural pathways, habits and beliefs.
I will also set you homework that you must do daily. The fact that you know you will be meeting with me in person or on skype
every week means you are more likely to discipline yourself.

When you get familiar with the techniques you can then ask me to assist you with certain ones and also practise them at home.
