I am obsessed about your health and happiness, and mine, and I study and research on a daily basis every nutrition, health and personal development modality that is coming through this wonderful medium...the internet.
Getting sick is part of life, and so is healing. But nowadays with the myriad of stresses on and in the body/mind often healing is denied to some of us.
We have lost touch with our innate healing capacity and believe it comes from outside.
Nothing could be further from the truth. It's an inside job.
We are born in with an immune system that should have the power to help us heal when we need it.
Although we have made massive advances in our understanding of the body, the way we live now makes us sick, it destroys our immune system.
Being disconnected from Nature weakens the immune system.
Being stressed and unhappy weakens the immune system.
Junk food, being indoors, toxic products, thoughts, feelings, actions they all play a massive part in wearing us down.
The "system" has helped us create a crazy belief that healing is done by someone out there ie the pharmaceutical companies.....
Even my young grandaughter shouts for medicine or the doctor when anything goes wrong, completely unaware that the body can and will heal itself. You generally speaking do not need any meds or any other person to help you. A bit of patience, exercise, reconnection to the Planet and Spirit along with attention to nutrition compounded by an inner KNOWING that you will get well again.

MY BELIEF
I believe we all have the ability to heal.
I believe that when the body talks to us, we should listen to what it is saying and address the issue.
It is a basic law of physics that if a thing can go one way, it can go the other.
If you can get sick, you can get well again.
Of course. It's obvious.
But often we ignore the body when it starts to indicate imbalance. If this goes on for long enough its
shouts louder and louder until we have to stop.
Why do we get sick?
Disconnection
When we move away from Mother Nature the body starts to wither.
We no longer eat her food, bathe in her sunlight, breathe in her fresh air, marvel at her beauty and feel gratitude for being part of something so incredible. We are cut off from her rejuvinating magical energy.
We feel and believe we are separate, this is detrimental to our health and happiness.
This cuts us off from Source.
System Overload
We are not living the way we truly want to. Our hard drive aka our subconscious mind becomes jammed with outdated programmes, limiting, unhealthy beliefs, past memories, traumas and hurts along with all the things we have inherited.
This cuts us off from our hearts.
To recreate harmony in ourcells and for the planet we need to reconnect to Source and the Heart.
Mother Nature knows best. Have you left her and become sick?

Nearly 30 years ago I witnessed my friend going through a bone marrow transplant and every cell in my body screamed NO.
I had no idea why at the time, I have since come to believe this is part of my life purpose, but I knew it was wrong.
The only problem was there did not appear to be any other option.
I have avidly and obsessively asked 2 questions over and over for decades.
1. Why does you immune system let you down?
2. There must be a better way to do this, what is it?
We get sick for a variety of reasons. Emotions can be the root cause, some say it's all about that.
Certainly trauma be it emotional, physical or spiritual can kick start serious trouble for the body.
Then add in the fact most of us are living completely out with the laws of nature, it is no real surprise our health is in such a drastic state.
I am particularly interested in people who are "incurable".
That is merely someones opinion. Their point of view. And usually it means that there is no pharmaceutical drug to fix you. But there never was and there never will be.
Your health, your responsibility.
You cannot expect a pill or even worse cut, burn, poison to heal you at a cellular level?
We need to look at our place in the World holistically and all the things we put in and on out bodies.
We need to be gentle, kind and loving to the body too with our thoughts, feeling and actions.
The body can heal itself, when you let it. Healing happens when we give the body what it needs no matter what the dis ease is. Work in harmony with Mother Nature and you will heal.
Let go of all attachment to the past. Release outdated information, move into gratitude and forgive.
Get everything out of your cells that can cause problems and dis ease.

10 Step Natural Health Plan
1.Proper Nutrition: Diet of vegetables, fruit, grains, nuts, and seeds. 3 meals a day of natural, unprocessed food and fresh vegetable juices (juicing is essential for chronic or so called terminal illness as it fast tracks the detox)
2. Exercise at least 4 hours a week
3. Drink enough Water (2 litres per day)
4. Get adequate amount of Sunlight (30 mins per day minimum the more the better)
5. Get Fresh Air every day (spend time outside in nature and in your barefeet if possible. Again the longer the better, minimum 30 mins)
6. Temperance: eliminate the following: caffeine, sugar, artificial sweeteners, tobacco, alcohol, food dyes, food chemicals, processed food, drugs (including pharmaceutical drugs)
7. Get Proper Rest at proper time of night ( between 10pm-2am the healing hormones kick in)
8. De-stress: Trust in something higher. Trust is a big issue, believe in what makes you feel good.
9. Have an Attitude of Gratitude: Be thankful for what you have. Have an upbeat, positive spirit ( using the Sedona method, EFT or Byron Katies the Work helps eliminate fear which inhibits healing) Meditation and breath work also come under here.
10. Givers gain - start focusing on caring for others. This takes the mind off the idea that you are separate and alone and allows you to feel good as we always do when we help others.
